UPDATE: 2010 Application Deadlines have been EXTENDED
The 2010 Candy Dance Vendor Application PDF form (Click on image buttons to download forms below) must be completed, printed, signed and mailed to the Genoa Candy Dance Committee, and must include a $15.00 non-refundable Application Fee (check or money order), and please include a self-addressed, stamped (SASE) white #10 business envelope.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION FORM: Please read all Faire Rules and Regulations (page 2), and complete all form fields as directed — the application PDF form fields (ie: name, address, phone, etc.) can be filled in when opened in Adobe Reader or other PDF readers. Include a typed or hand-printed essay and photos of your products with the Application Form. At this time, we cannot accept applications or fees online. Please mail the signed application form along with a check or money order for the $15 Application Fee. Application forms must be completed fully and will be juried along with the photos of your products or artwork by the Candy Dance Faire Committee (address is below and also on the application form).
