*FD = Full Day Rental is 17 Hours (Policies and Procedures, Section V.F.4, paragraph H.) — Genoa facilities open at 7 a.m. and close at 12:00 a.m. (Midnight). 10 hours or less requires 2 hour minimum rental and may have a higher rate for the first hour/first 2 hours with additional hours at a lower hourly rate. Town of Genoa sponsored and co-sponsored events, activities and programs. (No Charge)
Catagory II:
Genoa residents or those that who own property within the Town. Proof of residency shall be required.
Catagory III:
Genoa based not for profit organizations, including educational organizations and committees, organizations sponsoring a public forum and governmental agencies serving the Genoa community.
Catagory IV:
A long-term use of facilities by a not for profit organization providing services for the community that are or will be open to the public. Long-term use would include facilities scheduled on a monthly or weekly use, which would require a lease between the Town and user. The Town Advisory Board will determine if a lease is in the best interest of the Town. (See Policies and Procedures, Section V.F.4, paragraph E for information on discounts.)
Catagory V:
Non-residents, including businesses, for profit organizations, non-profit service organizations.
