2010 Candy Making Schedule

Candy making has already started in the Genoa Town kitchen, located in the Genoa Town Office building, and will continue during August and September with the following schedule:

Wednesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday evenings, 6 to 8 p.m.

Fudge will be made first, followed by other varieties. Volunteers need to contact the Town Office, (775) 782-8696 for details.

 

The packing party will be on Thursday, September 23, in the Genoa Town Office building.

 

All are welcome and needed to make this year’s candy making a success! This is a great way to support our community and socialize with old and new friends. Come on over to the Genoa Town kitchen and join the fun!

PACKING DAY PARTY: All hands on deck to put Genoa's Candy in boxes for the Faire on Saturday & Sunday, and the Dinner-Dance on Saturday.

September 24 — Friday — starting at 9 a.m.

CANDY SALES SETUP: Tents and tables will be setup for the candy sales booth.

September 25 & 26 — Saturday and Sunday

Volunteers are needed to sell candy at the Candy Dance Faire and Dinner-Dance.
